250 grm. potatoes - 1 medium sized onion-chopped
2-3 Tomatoes chopped
½ tsp. salt (according to taste)
½ tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder
¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
1-2 green chilies
1 tbs. chopped Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves.
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
Sauté the onion in oil till transparent.
Add all the spices and potato.
Cover and cook on low heat.
When the potatoes have softened a little, add tomatoes, mix well and cook till potatoes have softened and water has dried. Do not add any extra water.
Garnish with green chilies and fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
Serving: 2 to 3 persons
