Fruit Chaat Recipe


Although any preferred fruits can be used. This chaat is ideally made with the following fruits.
The following quantity is for serving 4 persons.
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
2 guavas
1 peach
1 tangerine or orange
Handful of grapes
1 pomegranate(optional)
3-4 tbs. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cumin seeds (Zeera)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper (Kali Mirch)
few drops of lemon juice or orange juice


Cut up all the fruit and put in a bowl. Add the sugar, cumin, lemon/orange juice, salt, zeera and black pepper. Mix well. Any type of fruit that is available in the season can be used.
