Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Cumin Seeds(Zeera)-

  • roasted, ground

  • 1 1/4 cup Red Chilies-roasted, ground

  • 3/4 cup Coriander Seeds(Dhaniya), roasted and ground

  • 1/2 cup Salt

  • 1/4 cup Black Salt (Kala Namak) powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)-ground

  • 1/2 tsp Cloves (Laung)-ground

  • 1/4 tsp Black Cardamom Seeds (Bari Ilaichi)-ground

  • 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)-ground

  • 1/4 tsp Asafetida (Heeng)-ground

  • 2 tsp Tartaric Acid-powder

  • 3/4 cup Aamchur(Mango Powder)

Directions

  • Roast slightly the spices (cumin seeds, red chilies and coriander seeds, red chilies and coriander seeds individually)
  • Once cool, grind them into a powder.
  • Grind black pepper, cloves, black cardamom and carom seeds
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
