Ingredients
1/2 kg. Pasanday (filets)
2 tbsp. Papaya (raw,grinded)
1 tsp. Ginger (Adrak)-paste
1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan)-paste
1 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)
4 tbsp. Yogurt
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala-powder
1/4 cup Fried Brown Onion
1 tsp. Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder/crushed OR
1 tbsp. Green Chilies–paste
1 tbsp. Oil (preferably mustard oil)
2 tbsp. Roasted Chickpeas Flour
- Garnish
2 Green Chilies–chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger (Adrak)-julian
1 Onion 9medium)-Sliced/rings
1 Lemon-0Juice
Directions
- Mix together all the spices, Chickpea Flour, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
- Barbeque over charcoal or bake it in an oven.
- Garnish with onion rings, ginger, green chilies and lemon juice.
- Serve with naan
