Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. Pasanday (filets)

  • 2 tbsp. Papaya (raw,grinded)

  • 1 tsp. Ginger (Adrak)-paste

  • 1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan)-paste

  • 1 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 4 tbsp. Yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala-powder

  • 1/4 cup Fried Brown Onion

  • 1 tsp. Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder/crushed OR

  • 1 tbsp. Green Chilies–paste

  • 1 tbsp. Oil (preferably mustard oil)

  • 2 tbsp. Roasted Chickpeas Flour

  • Garnish
  • 2 Green Chilies–chopped

  • 1 tbsp. Ginger (Adrak)-julian

  • 1 Onion 9medium)-Sliced/rings

  • 1 Lemon-0Juice

Directions

  • Mix together all the spices, Chickpea Flour, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
  • Barbeque over charcoal or bake it in an oven.
  • Garnish with onion rings, ginger, green chilies and lemon juice.
  • Serve with naan
