2 cups wheat flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup warm water
- Add salt to the flour.
- Adding warm water gradually knead into a dough.
- Leave at room temperature for half an hour. Then divide it evenly into 6 parts.
- Roll out into flat chapati as thin as possible. Cook over preheated pan (tawa)
- Can also be frozen after baking for later use.
