  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • 1 cup warm water

Directions

  • Add salt to the flour.
  • Adding warm water gradually knead into a dough.
  • Leave at room temperature for half an hour. Then divide it evenly into 6 parts.
  • Roll out into flat chapati as thin as possible. Cook over preheated pan (tawa)
  • Can also be frozen after baking for later use.
