2 cup 2 Chana
¼ tsp. soda
1 1 Potato (large)
2 2 Green Chilies-chopped
1/8 tsp. 1/8 Turmeric (Haldi)-powder
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Cumin Seed (Zeera)
1/4 tsp. 1/4 Garam Masala-powder
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Salt (adjust to taste)
1 1 Onion (medium)-chopped
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
1/4 cup 1/4 Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) -eaves
2 tbsp. 2 Tamarin-(Imli)-paste
1/4 tsp. 1/4 Ginger (Adrak)-paste
2 2 Tomatoes-chopped
Directions
- Boil Chana with soda, chili powder, haldi, ginger and Cumin (zeera) till soft.
- Boil potato, peel and cut into small pieces.
- Mix everything into a bowl and add impli paste.
- Garnish with dhaniya, green chilies and garam masala and serve.
