Ingredients

  • 2 cup chana

  • ¼ tsp. soda

  • 1 large potato

  • 2-3 green chilies-chopped

  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder

  • ½ tsp cumin seed (Zeera)

  • ¼ tsp. garam masala

  • ½ tsp salt (according to taste)

  • 1 medium onion-chopped

  • ½ tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder

  • ¼ cup fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves

  • 2 tbs. (Imli) paste

  • ¼ tsp ginger (Adrak) paste

  • 2 tomatoes-chopped

Directions

  • Boil Chana with soda, chili powder, haldi, ginger and zeera till soft.
  • Boil potato, peel and cut into small pieces.
  • Mix everything into a bowl, add
  • imli paste and serve.
  • Garnish with dhaniya, green chilies and garam masala.
