Ingredients

  • 2 cup Chana

  • ¼ tsp. soda

  • 1 Potato (large)

  • 2 Green Chilies-chopped

  • 1/8 tsp. Turmeric (Haldi)-powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seed (Zeera)

  • 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala-powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 Onion (medium)-chopped

  • 1/2 tsp. Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) -eaves

  • 2 tbsp. Tamarin-(Imli)-paste

  • 1/4 tsp. Ginger (Adrak)-paste

  • 2 Tomatoes-chopped

Directions

  • Boil Chana with soda, chili powder, haldi, ginger and Cumin (zeera) till soft.
  • Boil potato, peel and cut into small pieces.
  • Mix everything into a bowl and add impli paste.
  • Garnish with dhaniya, green chilies and garam masala and serve.
