2 Cans 2 Chick Peas
1 1 Potato (large)
2 tbs. 2 Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya)-leaves
1 1 Green Chilies
2 tbs. 2 Chaat Masala
3 tbs. 3 Tamarind (Imli)-Chutney
1/4 1/4 Onion (medium)
1 1 Tomato (medium)
1 1/2 tsp. 1 1/2 Salt
Directions
- Boil the potato until it’s soft.
- Skin and cut into cubes.
- Drain and wash the chick peas.
- Dice the onion, tomato, green chilies and dhaniya leaves.
- Add everything to a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add more chat masala/ imli chutney depending upon your taste.
