Ingredients
200 grms. 200 Urad Daal (black)
300 grms. 300 Red Beans
250 grms. 250 Onion
50 grms 50 Ginger (Adrak)
100 grms. 100 Tomato
50 grms 50 Green Chilies
100 grms. 100 Butter/Ghee
5 clove 5 Garlic (Lehsan)
Directions
- Soak Daal and Red Beans overnight.
- Boil with Water and Salt, until the daal and beans are soft.
- Chop the Onion, Ginger, Green Chilies and Tomatoes
- Fry all together in butter/ ghee until turn brown
- Add the boiled daal and red beans and allow simmering for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan.
