Ingredients

  • 200 grms. 200 Urad Daal (black)

  • 300 grms. 300 Red Beans

  • 250 grms. 250 Onion

  • 50 grms 50 Ginger (Adrak)

  • 100 grms. 100 Tomato

  • 50 grms 50 Green Chilies

  • 100 grms. 100 Butter/Ghee

  • 5 clove 5 Garlic (Lehsan)

Directions

  • Soak Daal and Red Beans overnight.
  • Boil with Water and Salt, until the daal and beans are soft.
  • Chop the Onion, Ginger, Green Chilies and Tomatoes
  • Fry all together in butter/ ghee until turn brown
  • Add the boiled daal and red beans and allow simmering for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Serve hot with naan.
