1 kg. 1 Fish-filets
- For Marinade
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Salt (adjust to taste)
2 tsp. 2 Llemon Juice
1 tsp. 1 Garlic (Lehsan)-paste
1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp. Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
1/4 tsp. 1/4 Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- For Batter
1/2 tsp 1/2 Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
4 tbsp. 4 Basin or Rice Flour
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Salt (adjust to taste)
Directions
- Mix the ingredients for marinade.
- Coat the fish with the marinatd and leave for 2-3 hours in fridge.
- Prepare batter using ingredients and water to make paste (not too thick or thin).
- Dip the pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with fries, naan or mint (Podina) sauce.
