Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Fish-filets

  • For Marinade
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tsp. Llemon Juice

  • 1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan)-paste

  • 1/2 tsp. Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

  • For Batter
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder

  • 4 tbsp. Basin or Rice Flour

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)

Directions

  • Mix the ingredients for marinade.
  • Coat the fish with the marinatd and leave for 2-3 hours in fridge.
  • Prepare batter using ingredients and water to make paste (not too thick or thin).
  • Dip the pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with fries, naan or mint (Podina) sauce.
