Ingredients

  • 1 tbs. whole black pepper (Kali Mirch)

  • 4 tbs. cumin seeds (Zeera)

  • 1 tsp. cloves (Laung)

  • 5 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi) seeds

Directions

  • Roast all the ingredients in a dry pan
  • Once cool, grind into a powder and mix well
