Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)-whole

  • 4 tbsp. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)

  • 1 tsp. Cloves (Laung)

  • 5 Black Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)

Directions

  • Extract seeds from Black Cardamon. Roast along with all other ingredients in a dry pan
  • Once cool, grind into a powder and mix well.
  • Use it as an ingredient orr to garnish certain dishes.
