Ingredients

  • 250 grm. Minced Mutton or Beef (finely minced)

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp. Red Chilies -crushed)

  • 5 Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)

  • 2 Green Chilies-chopped

  • 1 tsp. Coriander (Dhaniya) Seeds-crushed

  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)

  • 1 small Onion-finely chopped

  • 2 tbs. Basen OR 1 slice of bread OR 1 egg

  • Oil for deep-frying

Directions

  • In the mincemeat add all the spices and mix well. Add basen flour OR bread Or egg to the mixture and mix well..
  • Heat the oil for deep-frying.
  • Make small balls of this mincemeat mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup or mint chutney
