1 kg 1 Mutton
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp 1 Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
4 tbs. 4 Coriander (Dhaniya)-powder
1/4 tsp. 1/4 Turmeric (Haldi) powder
1 cup 1 Onion-chopped
1/2 cup 1/2 Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. 1 Garam Masala
1 tsp. 1 ginger (Adrak) paste
1 tsp 1 Garlic (Lehsan)-paste
2 2 Tomato (large size)-pealed and finely chopped
Directions
- Fry the onion on low flame then remove from the oil and spread out on a plate to dry/crispy.
- In the hot oil, add all the spices with a few tbsp. of water, mix well and cook over medium heat.
- Add the meat and stir until the water has dried.
- Add 2 cups of water, cover and leave on low heat to tenderize and the water is reduced to half..
- Crush the fried onion and add to the meat. along with tomato.
- Cook it till the meat softens and the desired consistency of curry is achieved.
Serve with Naan or chapati.
