Ingredients

  • 250 grm. potatoes – 1 medium sized onion-chopped

  • 2 -3 Tomatoes chopped

  • 1/2 tsp. salt (according to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder

  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder

  • 2 green chilies

  • 1 tbs. chopped Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves

Directions

  • Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
  • Sauté the onion in oil till transparent.
  • Add all the spices and potato.
  • Cover and cook on low heat.
  • When the potatoes have softened a little, add tomatoes, mix well and cook till potatoes have softened and water has dried. Do not add any extra water.
  • Garnish with green chilies and fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
