200 gms Potatoes (boiled/mashed)
1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (powder)
1/2 tsp Chili (powder)
1 pinch Asafetida
1 Green Chili (chopped)
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Ginger (paste)
1/4 tsp Garam Masala (powder)
1 tbs Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 tbs Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Anaar Dana (crushed)
4 tbsp Oil or Ghee
1 Tomato (chopped)-optional
Directions
- Add all the other ingredients in the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Heat oil or ghee, add mixture and cook on low heat till it dries a little.
- Remove from heat and serve with chapaati.
- Serving : 2 persons
