Ingredients

  • 200 gms Potatoes (boiled/mashed)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (powder)

  • 1/2 tsp Chili (powder)

  • 1 pinch Asafetida

  • 1 Green Chili (chopped)

  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (paste)

  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (powder)

  • 1 tbs Mint Leaves (chopped)

  • 1 tbs Coriander Leaves (chopped)

  • 1 cup Onion (chopped)

  • 1 tsp Anaar Dana (crushed)

  • 4 tbsp Oil or Ghee

  • 1 Tomato (chopped)-optional

Directions

  • Add all the other ingredients in the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Heat oil or ghee, add mixture and cook on low heat till it dries a little.
  • Remove from heat and serve with chapaati.
  • Serving : 2 persons
