1 tsp 1 Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
1 tbsp. 1 Coriander (Dhaniya)-powder
1 1 Onion (medium)-chopped
3 tbsp. 3 Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. 1 Ginger (Adrak)-paste
0.5 tsp. 0.5 Garlic (Lehsan)-paste
1 cup 1 Tomato-chopped
6 6 Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)-whole
3 3 Cloves (Laung)
2 2 Black Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)
0.25 tsp. 0.25 Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
0.25 cup 0.25 Fresh Dhaniya leaves-choppoed
2 2 Green Chilies-finely chopped
Directions
- Fry the onion in the oil till brown.
- Mix all the ingredients together and add to the pot and stir till the tomato has become soft and the water has dried.
- Add the meat and cook to let the water dry again.
- Add 3 cups of water, cover and leave on medium heat to tenderize.
- Garnish with fresh Dhaniya leaves and chopped green chilies.
