Karahi gosht or karahi chicken, is a dish that’s very popular both as a home cooked meal and also a popular item in restaurants. There are many variations of the dish – some regionally, and others made popular by restaurants. For example, Shinwari karahai – made popular from the fine folks in Peshawar or Kabab karahai, where seekh kabab is used as vs raw mutton or chicken.
Sindhi Biryani is a special meat and rice biryani dish originating from the Sindh province of Pakistan. Its a spicier version of the original biryani, and much more popular than the standard biryani. It’s a bit of a process to cook, but the results are more than worth it! Due to the multi-step process, this dish is usually reserved for somewhat special occasions / parties.
