Originally a dish reserved for Mughal royalty, this is now is a common and staple dish with many variations, such as Aloo keema (keema with potatoes) or Matar keema (keema with peas). The based recipe remains the same. You only need to add the desired vegetables in the keema to cook until they’re tender. Items that cook faster should be added towards the end (like peas), where as things that take a bit longer to cook (like potatoes) can be added earlier.
