1 cup 1 Yogurt
2 2 Green Chilies
1/2 cup 1/2 Mint (Podina) -leaves
1/4 tsp. 1/4 Cumin Seeds (Zeera)-powder
1/2 tsp. 1/2 Salt
1 1 Cucumber
Directions
- Skin and grate the cucumber.
- Add half the salt to the grated cucumber and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Drain the cucumber and squeeze as much water out of it as possible
- Blend the remaining ingredients
- Add in the cucumber and serve
