Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt

  • 2 Green Chilies

  • 1/2 cup Mint (Podina) -leaves

  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)-powder

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1 Cucumber

Directions

  • Skin and grate the cucumber.
  • Add half the salt to the grated cucumber and let it sit for 10 minutes
  • Drain the cucumber and squeeze as much water out of it as possible
  • Blend the remaining ingredients
  • Add in the cucumber and serve
